For å slippe unna raffinert sukker og e-stoffer, har jeg mikset sammen en enkel lilla youghurt med sunne blåbær i. Denne elsker minstedama. Utrolig nok, da det virker som hun dessverre er allergisk mot alt som er hjemmelaget. Nå er den jo ikke helt hjemmelaget heller da, siden jeg kjøper ferdiglaget youghurt. Så man kan jo si jeg har juksa litt. Har veldig lyst til å lære meg å lage youhurt selv, men det får bli et eget prosjekt.
Ingredienser:
★2 dl youghurt naturell (eller gresk)
★1/4 ts vaniljepulver
★1 stor ts honning
★4 ss blåbær (ferske eller frøsne)
Fremgangsmåte:
Rør sammen youghurt, vaniljepulver, honning og halvparten av blåbærene i en skål. Resten av blåbærene har du i til slutt, som pynt.

★★Ha youghurten som niste med litt havregryn attåt. Havregrynene må i egen boks som må oppi youghurten når den skal spises★★
